5th grade transition - Parent Survey
Welcome to Schuyler-Colfax Middle School!
In an effort to increase communication with our incoming sixth grade families and address timely and relevant concerns, we are asking our incoming fifth grade parents to participate in a brief survey.
The results will help us to develop Schuyler "FAQs" and inform our May orientation.  We appreciate your support and look forward to your feedback.
Please click here to take the survey.
